Managing Stress and Worry

These Wellness Modules aren’t about managing a mental illness but are simply short exercises to help you maximize good mental health and well-being while you deal with challenges. 

Each Wellness Module breaks down topics related to mental health and well-being. We encourage you to take advantage of these exercises to help you be aware about yourself and learn new skills to improve well-being.
